Got these lights as a backlight for my television and they are work great, look great and are fun! You can use the remote to do endless different functions, such as changing colors and changing from blinking to staying lit just to name a couple. Plug in via usb and could used for many things. I will be ordering another set for under my cabinets as accent lights. The cover a good bit of area and are about 6 and half foot.
