its a fact that indoor air quality might be even more polluted than outdoor air, kitchen odor, cigarette smoke, pet dander, air-conditioning and heating may cause polluant air, which would affect emotion and not good for body healthy. You can take all kinds of meds but if air quality is not healthy these meds wont work like they should.Since i got this little compact system i can breath a whole lot better
