handheld portable mini steamer

First of all, this is a nice design clothes and facial steamer combo. I like how it is one smooth steamer. To add water just turn the knob on top.  The water heats up pretty quickly 15 seconds or less. I fill my water up to the max. level where it indicated. Plus, I use drinking water and not tap water. Here is where I am at lost. The description described: FLAT AND HANGING IRONING IN ONE--- a Removable Water Tank And Water Pumping Design Ensures That The Water Tank Is Fully Sealed; No Matter What Position The Steamer Is Put In, It Can Effectively Prevent Water Leaks. The water does leak when I turn side way with the spout downward. As I was steaming a drop of hot water sprout out onto my hand. Yes, it was HOT! Luckily it was one drop. I cannot imagine using this steaming my face. I think I will stick to steaming only. Regarding ironing I am afraid to turn it side way since it does leak.
