This paper cutter is perfect for crafters as it’s light and very safe. I don’t have to worry about my Granddaughter using this for her crafts since there is no sharp blades. Gone are the days of crooked lines when using scissors. This is easy to use and the gridlines make measuring a breeze. If you need replacement blades, those are available for a nominal price.
