these are in one piece and easy to clean

Small  strong. These are my favorite spatulas and I had to go back to the seller and snag a few more. They are very sturdy and they get the job done perfectly. I love how they are made of one piece and not 2 pieces. This is great because it cuts down on the amount of bacteria that collects inside the head of the spatula. these have no head that comes apart so the contamination is not there. I have used thes time and time again and seen that they do not melt under hot temps. I am able to use them in my sauce pan and not have to worrrie about the spatula melting. I can say that these are truly a must have.
