This is a really nicely designed sunscreen for vehicles. In the Summer you place it inside the windshield with the reflective side out, it reflects the sun and heat away from the windshield, keeping your vehicle a little cooler. In the Winter, you install it on the outside of the windshield to block snow. It has ears on each side which close into the doors, keeping the snow shield from blowing away.
We have had sun shields before but they have always been two piece designs. This device is a single shield which covers the entire windshield. It has a silver side (reflect the Sun) and a black side. They say it is easy to fold and put back in it's carrying pocket ... I guess I will need to practice that a little. All in all a very good purchase and a good price too.
