I have tried a few different types of hooks like this in the past and have found flaw with most of the ones I have used thus far. I saw this set and thought they looked like they were slightly different in design, so wanted to try it out and see how it worked. They slide easily around the headrest bars, though be sure to raise the headrest high enough to be able to easily put them on. And know that the headrest won't fit snugly back in place all the way with these on, though it does close up more than other brands without making them stick up or move around or pop loose. The little hooks on the ends are not as large as I am used to, so they can't quite hold as many bags as others did, but they don't stick out as far. Because of that I am able to keep these on my headrest without having the 3 year old hitting her head on them as she tries to get out of the car (she stands in the floor after getting out of her carseat and then sits down and slides out of my SUV, so the hooks always seemed to catch her on the side of the head as she tried to sit down or get out). Though they are not as large as others, they do still hold things. I can easily hang my purse or her backpack from them, as well as one or two bags from the store. They are working out better for me than other types, so I use this style on the headrests for the front seats and then use the larger hooks on the headrests from the middle row. Not a bad set overall!
