It makes a great gift but I actually purchased this for myself to use when I have my wine and cheese parties at my home. I love having lots of various cheeses with fruits like apple slices and grapes of various kinds on various platters and I'm always in need of several cheese knives. This gives me exactly what I want at a reasonable price of only $22.99. It comes in a very nice gift box, just ready for gift giving. If you're looking for a unique gift pair this in a nice wicker basket with a port wine cheese ball, a nice bottle of Merlot wine, some crackers and a small fruit bowl with grapes and a nice butcher block board to cut the cheese on and you've got a wonderful gift for anywhere from $60-100 or more depending on the brand of wine you want to add to the basket. Other things you can also add are an automatic cork remover , some wine glasses and wine glass charms. The possibilities are endless.
