Hook head is moveable - Vertical holds 2 lbs - Horizontal holds 12 lbs

A little smaller than I thought they would be, but they still work great holding my keys on the door. If you go to quickly hanging things, the hooks will pop off the door, but as long as you are slow and careful, they stay put. The hooks hold stronger when you have the hanging from above( horizontal) than they do vertical. 

What I like about the hooks are that they are small and not big and bulky. They work great to hang keys on. You could also hang kitchen utensils close to your stove if you have a metal bar on the wall.

The only thing I don't like about the hooks is that the hook twists and will unscrew from the magnet, this is fine except that when I hang my jacket on the hook, it tend to turn and make my jacket fall off. I have learned to carefully loop my jacket under the curved part of the hook and it will stay.
