Very sharp and well balanced

I personally use steak knives when it comes to slicing and dicing food and anything bigger than that freaks me out! That's just me. Because of my phobia my husband is the one who deals with meat and anything large that needs to be chopped up.

When my husband got to use this knife he was very impressed with the weight and balance of it. It's very sharp and he was able to chop up some meat and veggies for dinner effortlessly. He likes it! Pat on my shoulder :) I made my husbands task a little less unenjoyable lol
