I was skeptical of these, but the reviews were very good and I caught them on sale.  First of all You get 256 patches in this box, that are 100% natural.  You get 16 applications and they're so easy to apply.  I apply them at night and sleep in them.  After just 3 nights, there was a significant difference.  My face is much smoother and the fine lines have disappeared.  I like everything about these and would buy again.
