Everything you need

I purchased this mat to replace a pastry mat that I've been using for several years. My old mat had to be rolled and stored in a tube which made it difficult to store (20" long tube) and over time the mat retained the tubular shape and would not stay flat. It always had a tendency to move and most recently I was having to tape it to my counter (didn't always keep it in place because they are designed to be non-stick). The Dani and Dean mat came folded in a box and as soon as I released it and gave it a little shake it sprung out and just made itself at home on my counter - totally flat and non-skid. I love this larger size and the non-stick surface that reduces the amount of flour needed during the dough handling process. I look forward to many years of enjoying my new mat.
