I am glad that I finally bought a Pizza Peel. I have always struggled with using a regular spatula and have even dropped a pizza toppings and all through my over racks. What a bummer! This Pizza peel is cool because it folds and can be stored in a drawer. The bonus pizza cutter will come in handy, too. I plan to sharpen mine a bit more.
