I got this for my son to add to his workout equipment and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality and all that comes with it because it gives you several options for a great workout for your hands and arms. It even comes with something for your fingers too. This would be great for someone recovering from hand surgery or injury. I like that it comes with a storage bag to keep all the equipment in.
