I have been using this shaker cup for my morning vitamin C shake. The mix sometimes clumps and when not mixed fully it is not good flavor or texture. So this shaker has a wire ball to help the mix evenly distribute. Very easy to use, just remember to close the lid tightly, and clean up is quick.
