I was looking forward to this grabber to arrive. It is compact and easily easy to store.
The reason I gave it a 2 star rating is because, the rubber piece on the end of the grabber was coming off, before it had been used. I sent it back. I just wish it could be exchanged instead of refund. Especially when you receive a promotional code for the purchase.
I had no problem with receiving my refund. I got my refund the same day I put it in the UPS mail box.
