I’ve been on a health kick for a while now. So I needed something that I could use personally for myself and drink out of it. I use this nearly daily. The only thing I could recommend is do not use frozen fruits in it they won’t chop it’ll stop working on you. I at first thought I broke it but luckily I didn’t. I just have to thaw everything out to blend it. Great for my protein shakes and fruit shakes! Well worth the money
