I sometimes make my own cream cheese or yogurt and this cheesecloth holds in the solids very well while allowing it to release the whey.
We have also used it for cold brew coffee, bone broth, and just recently, tofu. Usually I press the tofu and wait but with the cheesecloth I could squeeze it dry a little faster.
It's also great as a nut milk bag, herb packets, and more.
This is a very high grade and reusable. It's better than what I've used from the grocery stores.
