Great set of ear plugs! The silicone ones, I suggest that you use for swimming and/or showering. The rubber ones, I suggest that you use for noise protection. I experimented with both and came to that conclusion. The silicone ones, provide a decent seal that keeps water from entering into your ear. The rubber ones, are perfect for concerts or living with someone who snores. Both are very comfortable and do not cause any irritation to the ears.
