Perfect Quality Knife

This is the sharpest knife that I have ever owned. To future buyers out there, don't say you were not warned. This knife is seriously sharp, which makes it perfect to handle all types of cutting and trimming that could ever happen in a kitchen. As one reviewer mentioned in her post, I tried to use this knife to cut a paper from the side to test the sharpness. The knife easily got through the paper and divided the paper into two in a slice. The sharp part of the blade almost looks like a paper, for your information. Don't be afraid that you will get a cheapie that can't cut through anything. This knife is professional and premium quality.

The blade is not the only great thing about this chef knife. The handle of this knife carries a lot of the whole knife weight unlike the blade itself, which gives you more control and more grip when holding the knife. The part connecting the handle and the blade is diagonal which creates a comfortable spot for your thumb and your index finger if you hold the knife like I do in the photo. The design of the knife fits this holding technique very well, and I could feel that I had total control of the knife. These subtle details really improve the speed, the smoothness and the precise of any process that you're using the knife for.
