Enjoyable Exercise or Intimacy Tool

I ordered these Ben Wa exercise balls because I was curious if they actually worked. They were surprisingly affordable for this type of product and I was dubious about how well they would function. They came packaged well, as shown below, in a small, pretty box in a discreet white package. The box contained the device, the remote, a black carrying bag, and chargers. They came with a charger for both parts of the device, instead of forcing you to charge one piece and then the other. There was also a brief description on the inside of the box to show where the charging ports were.

When I put them on the plug for an initial charge, they took about 90 minutes to glow a solid color which indicates that they are done charging. I initially allowed them to just sit on a table and run until they died, and the charge lasted for about two and a half hours before it died. They blink colorfully when they are charging, so I would note that the charging can be a bit noticeable. The remote has a ribbed tip and vibrates as well as the balls themselves being able to vibrate. Both pieces have various speeds and modes that you can try out and are small enough to be used comfortably as a couple or alone.

The Kegels appear to be a medium weight and may not be suitable for beginners who are just starting to strengthen the muscles, but the device is gentle enough that even a beginner can benefit from them. The material is not overly firm, which can be uncomfortable, but provide just the right amount of resistance without being unpleasant. It is also pleasantly smooth and soft to the touch. Both pieces fit comfortably into my hand and are easy to transport as a result. In addition, the device is waterproof and basically silent. It is very discrete and easy to use subtly if that is your desire. It is suitable for exercising your pelvic muscles to increase their strength and tightness; but it also suitable for play time for couples. In short though, the device serves its purpose well as an exercise tool and its other purposes as well.

All in all, it is an enjoyable exercise method or a toy that can easily add some intimacy to your life. I would definitely recommend it.
