This set of jogger pants by #Haowind iis very true to size. No need to guess. If you wear a medium buy a medium, If you wear a large or extra large buy the large or extra large. This isn't your typical sweat joggers either. It's lightweight and moisture wicking. Very comfortable and fits great. I'm a shortie at 5 ft 2 in tall and I wear an extra large and they fit me perfectly. If you're about 5 ft 7 in tall like my daughter it might fit great but more like a mid length capri . These are great for not only working out at the gym, but I also use them for walking the neighborhood, and also while out running errands. They're stylish and they're extremely comfortable. They wash and dry great, and if you take them right out of the dryer when it stops there's absolutely zero wrinkles. I tried to find something about these that I didn't like but I came up short. Everything about this set of joggers from fit to comfort to stitching is pure perfection. The cost of $29.99 for a full pant rather then a capri in solid black is a real bargain. Definitely don't let these slip by you as when you want them they might not be around!
