The toilet stool really does make a difference in bowel movement. I was a bit skeptical at first but I wanted to give it a shot and I’m impressed. Eases the flow and movement. For those trying to use it as a regular step stool, I’d highly recommend against it since that is not the purpose of this item. Overall, great and simple to use and to store away since it folds up nicely
