It is not a fast charger, but charges the batteries well. It has an indicator light that turns to green when the battery is fully charged. This is really helpful. It can charge up to 8 batteries and they have to be even. I like to use rechargable batteries because I product less rubbish with them . This is a perfect little set to contribut to make our Earth a bit cleaner.
