Works good so far, I will see in the next few weeks.

I like the larger size of this cutter bowl and it does make fixing salad easier. My only concern is how well the cutting surface will last. I've only prepped once and it already shows cut marks... If the plastic spines were more rigid - I think it would probably work better. The cutter worked well and for someone not real handy with a chef knife it is a great gadget for making fruit or veggie salads. Personally I am quick with a knife so it was a neat tool but not something I would use every time unless chopping into finer pieces for salsa or something.
