My oldest plays guitar and actually built his own ukelele and learned to play it last year. Anytime he pulls out any of his stringed instruments, little miss starts singing and dancing. I saw this set of two ukeleles and decided they would make great Christmas gifts for little miss and my nephew (ages 2 and 4). They can be tuned, but are definitely kids' toys, not real instruments. Stronger, thicker strings that shouldn't break with little ones, plastic bodies made to look like fruits, and perfect size for littles. Can't wait to see them with these fun toys! What a great way to teach a love of music!
