These Aviator glasses are for men and women. The frames are very lightweight. It feels like you aren't wearing sunglasses at all. These glasses take away any glare off objects. I had trouble reading a book outside. I had to keep taking the glasses off my eyes. Which is good in my opinion. The glasses really help not see the sun's rays. The glasses also have a silicone nose guard. Which helps not have the red marks.
