was really sad that one of these came in broken. The other one is in perfect shape. They are not that big to begin with and to lose part of the cooking surface due to it being broke off, makes it even smaller so am using it for smaller cuts of meat. Other than that, it held up to the initial test of the grill and cooked my food well, while adding the flavor I wanted.
