Helps me breathe

I work in a Senior Living Community and we are required to wear masks all of the time. In September 2020, I got COVID and ever since then I sometimes have a hard time breathing with a mask on. I decided to try these silicone mask inserts and I was quite surprised at how good they worked.  I am able to breath much better with the insert.

They are easy to use, you just slip the mask into the little handles on each side and it is supposed to hold the mask in place; however one side seems to always slip out constantly. I wish it was designed a little better. I found I do better if neither side goes in the notches and it just stays inside my mask.

The one reason I gave a rating of 4-stars instead of 5 is because when it is hot or you are sweating,  the silicone makes me sweat around my face.

This is a decent product and seems to get the job done.
