These are definitely not professional clippers although they do work very well. Compared to a professional set, these are extremely lightweight, like they're made from cheaper material, which isn't always bad...I mean it doesn't affect the performance but I'm sure over time, it will affect how long they hold together and last. They look very nice, taper level is easy to adjust, comes with everything you need. I did purchase several for gifts and no one has complained.
