I raise chickens and quails so we get about 4 dozen eggs each day. We eat lots of eggs for breakfast, lunch and snacks plus I use them for baking. My family uses about 2 dozen eggs a day and I give the rest to other families in our local community. Having this stackable egg box makes it easier for me to transport them without having to reuse foam cartons or use disposable egg trays and I do not have to worry as much about the eggs getting broken. Each layer holds twenty eggs and this box has three layers. The layers can be used individually or stacked. This box comes with 3 trays and one lid with a carrying handle. I like that I can use one of the trays with the lid to make deviled eggs to send with my husband to work for his crew to enjoy. It makes it easy for him to transport and keeps the eggs fresh until they are eaten. I use these to store both my chicken eggs and my jumbo quail eggs with no problems. This egg box also makes my refrigerator more organized and looks more stylish than other methods of storing the eggs. I also plan on using this egg box when we go camping to take our eggs with us and keep them from getting broken. I plan on purchasing a few of these for the families that I share eggs with as holiday gifts. That way, I can fill up one of their trays and then swap out with them for a new tray when I drop off their eggs. It will make it so much easier to rotate out the trays while still leaving them a great way to be able to store their eggs.
