I know someone worked hard to design those Metatarsal Pads. The idea was great but the concept is flawed. The pads are too thin and rolled when trying to put my shoes on. They need to be sturdier. They are manufactured too thin to provide any comfort. I've decided to insert two cotton balls and doubled the pads to resolve the issue which is working at relieving my metatarsal pain.
