Great Set with a Little Room for Improvement

I use a lot of different soaps to scrub my face clean and I am always looking for a more pleasant or at least a less unpleasant way to keep my face clean. As a result, I decided to try this exfoliating brush and face scrubber set. It also comes with a pair of nice tweezers, but that was not my primary motivator. The package was undamaged on arrival and arrived on time. The product was undamaged as well.

The Exfoliating Brush is a large pink scubber that comes apart easily so that it can be washed. It is designed well to fit in the palm of your hand for easy use on legs, arms, and other parts of your body. The silicone face scrubber is small and light blue, an easily washed material that easily contours along the various parts of your face. The tweezers are stainless steel, a bit longer than average and come in a plastic tube to keep them safe. I tested the exfoliating brush on my legs and underarms and the silicone face scrubber on, shockingly, my face. The face scrubbed was gentle and made cleaning my face with my soap of choice easy. I would just be careful not to accidentally get soap in your eye! The exfoliating brush was a bit sturdier and a bit rough on the skin of my underarms, but it did not cause any lasting discomfort. It was merely a bit harder than the last bristles I tried. Overall though, it was not uncomfortable once I figured out the right amount of pressure to use.

Overall, I would rate this product with a 4 out of 5 stars. When I tested the various parts, they all worked generally as intended. I will say that the exfoliating brush could be a bit rough on your skin if you are not used to using one. The Face Scrubber is a touch small for easy use and could use a better handle. Other than that though, I don’t have any complaints about this set. Each of the three parts work well for the job they are intended for. The prize ($11.95 on Amazon) is probably a bit high considering they are made with cheap materials, but they work well so to me it is worth the price. I’ve only had the product for a few days, so I can’t say how much it will help in the long run (in terms of the exfoliating brush and the face scrubber), but I am excited to find out.
