If you are looking for something different than the old fashion messager this is for you. My dad first used one of these muscle stimulator in his physical therapy after his heart surgery and it worked miracles. So when I told him I found a great deal on one he said I should try it. When I first, put the pads on it and turned it on it started pulsating and I was hooked. Its like no other. I love the fact you set it to where you want it and adjust it to your tollerance .
