What useful, lightweight tools. I didn't even know what a spurtle was until someone gave me silicone set. However, it was so heavy that it was unweildy to use. I love the shape and versatility, but much much prefer the lighter wood. Beautifully constructed and super useful. I think everyone should have a spurtle!
