These tea lights are perfect replacements for the real thing. There is a slight flicker to the candle. They are the same size circumference as a real votive candle. We placed several of them in my cabinet with glass panels on the front. The votives glow in the glasses and added a nice cozy feel to the room. Battery life seems good. These offer very nice ambiance and are worth the buy.
