I have bought picture mugs before but none have been the quality of this one. The picture is perfectly clear and the design turned out exactly how I asked but still managed to look better than I expected. The mug itself is a good quality mug with a nice glossy finish.
I am more than happy with this product and not only would I recommend it but i will be ordering more.
