These are very thin but if that is what you are looking for these are perfect. My husband recently had to have a radical neck disection and so I was looking for something thin comfortable and that stretch as he has a larger head. These fit the bill perfectly and have worked out great and even though they go around the neck do not irritate his incisions at all ❤
