These are great I love them I had a headache and used one didnt think they would help much not much does with my headaches but these worked great for them and it helps to relax me to really like how fast they are at heating up with the perfect temperature too i keep a mask by my bed just in case I also like that I can use them anywhere fits perfect in my purse, glove department of my car or by my bed.
