not an exact fit but it is stretchy
kids love it and it has protected the ipad on a number of occasions when it has been dropped so it has definitely done its job of protecting it effectively
not sure what the extra holes are for that are in mine when it came that are not in the one in the photos but assumed they are for ventilation or something to allow the ipad to get air into stop it over heating or something
