Quality is Outstanding !!

You can't beat Sharp Meat Tenderizer, especially for the quality at this price ! It is a very, very sturdy quality based tenderizer hammer. When buying the tougher cuts of meat, I just used this on both sides, it cuts through all the thicker, more tough to parts of the beef and then I added some worcestershire sauce, and it fell into all the crevices made by the needles which tenderized it even more ! Also, I remembered to cut across the grain of the meat to get the best tenderness !! I am very happy with my new meat tenderizer !!
