First set had main screw missing

The first blaster we received was missing the main screw that feeds the gel balls through and allows the blaster to fire properly. I contacted Amazon who sent out a second blaster set which is fine with zero issues!
The reason for a 3 star rating as this is pretty routine and one won't know what they're getting till received.
My best piece of advice is to make sure the screw is there and if not contact Amazon for a replacement otherwise the blaster will not continuously fire properly.
That said my 12 year old loves it but now wants the larger one. Lol
