This year as I get another year older I decided it’s time to gain some fitness.. the usual spin, gym classes bore me and so I decided it was outdoors where I wanted to be..i have enough energy to go mountain biking for longish distances and have built up enough stamina to tackle quite challenging terrain, however the biggest problem I have is saddle soreness or 'numb bum' to put it more simply. This more than any other factor is what limits the range that I can cover and it’s something I haven’t been able to get used to ..These shorts have certainly made a big difference and didn’t cost the Earth! . I am 33” waist and on the advice of other reviewers I chose the Large size which turned out to be perfect
Easy to put on with a tight comfortable fit... waist felt comfortable and did indeed make a massive amount of difference to my comfort , they didn’t make me sweat or feel restricted
soft gel moulds to your body and is exceptionally comfortable... I’m about to purchase a second set for a friend
they’re not machine washable but easily washed by hand and dry quickly
