Great primer!

I have a few eyeshadow palettes that have nothing but glitter and I have had the worst time with them. I want to use them to add a little sparkle sometimes, but I can't seem to keep the glitter in place. I decided to try this primer and see if it can help stick it in place. The primer is smooth and creamy and goes on evenly without showing any trace of it being applied. I could only tell where I had put it because it had a bit more shine to it. It dries in a powdery soft texture, and very quickly, too. I have used it a few times with my normal eyeshadow, and am happy to see that it goes on smoothly and evenly and stays exactly like that all day long. I used to have it fade out or smudge some. But if I use this, I don't have that happen. I don't have to worry about touching it up again later in the day before going out in the evening. I have not yet tried it with the glitter, though. You are supposed to put it on and while it is still wet put the glitter shadow on so it sticks. What I am wondering about is what happens when I use it over an existing color. I want to use the glitter to add on to the eyeshadow I have already finished. I plan to experiment with it soon, but haven't had the chance to play yet. I wanted to be sure to get this review posted and say how much I am loving my eyeshadow staying strong thanks to it. So far I am very pleased with this primer and am now a believer in using it before applying makeup! I wondered why makeup artists used it and now I know!
