These are the improved anti snore nose vents by JETTEO. There is 4 different sizes and 2 different styles to choose from and if they don't feel just right you can trim these with scissors to get the right feel. I have tried both types and they fit comfortable with out falling out while I sleep. There is a small piece of plastic that goes across the nose while wearing, these are not in single pieces. I have an issue with one of the nostrils getting stuffed up when I lay on my ...side and then I can't breath right. When I wear these I notice I am not waking up stuffed up, I can breath better. I'm not sure if I am snoring but my husband said he can still hear me..... Well at least I am getting better sleep and not getting stuffed up.
