This is not the cheese cloth that is loosely woven... it is strong and tough enough to twist and strain out the fine liquid! It's more like a flour sack type of material so i love to strain my juice drink that I make. I like healthy foods free of perservatives. This is the best way to have control over what I put in my body. I'd buy this again since I can wash it and dry it to reuse it.
