My husband and I are not really tea-drinkers, but since we wanted to gradually adapt a healthy living lifestyle, we started to incorporate drinking tea in our diet. We started with the Lipton and Red Rose teabags, then we switched to the ancient oolong tea after I read that it has exemplary benefits. The oolong tea that I bought from our local Asian supermarket is strong and has a musty, bitter aftertaste and I used to think that was how oolong tea is supposed to taste like. I have to put a little sugar on our tea to balance the taste to our liking. However, the Yan Hou Tang Half fermented oolong was a surprise. It tastes so pleasant and clean. My husband and I really enjoyed drinking this tea first thing in the morning and we love that we can now omit the sugar. The Yan Hou Tang oolong tea leaves appear as small, dry, delicate wads of bundled up green oolong leaf that unfolds and release their flavors when infused with hot water. It also came with a clip bag to store the tea properly and to prolong its shelf life. I love drinking this tea. Sometimes I put tiny pieces of sage leaves on it for a variety. This tea is delightful and a great joy. I am so glad that it was offered to me and I accepted it.
