My two cats love playing with both the feathers and the ball of this isYoung cat toy. The ball glides in circles around the inside ring of the cat toy and they bat at it and chase it around in circles. They are full grown cats so they get rowdy with it so I play with them with the feathers by hand leaving it off the toy and allow them to play with the ball in the toy. They love the feathers and jump batting at them and try to chew on them.
It has a timer built in so that once it is turned on it will run for 10 minutes and shut off. I wish it would stay on longer because I usually have to reset it a couple of times for them before they get tired. They are so fun to watch. I think it's as much entertainment for me to watch them as it is for them to play with it.
