This waist trimmer comes sensibly and securely packaged and also in it's own zip top bag for storage.
I have worn this for the last 2 days whilst exercising, gardening and also whilst shopping. It will fit most people as it is adjustable from small to large and held together by the large velcro strips.
It can be worn against the skin, hence wearing whilst shopping, and causes no irritation to me. It does make my tummy area sweat and seems as though it will work over time.
So far, so good. It will take time to see how well it works but it is well made, washes well and should have good longevity. It is comfortable to wear and undetectable under clothing making it easier to wear if like me you are trying to lose belly fat.
It is also very supportive and would work well for back issues.
I recommend this waist trainer.
