Being LED powered, these lamps should last for years without the need to replace expensive bulbs. Supplied batteries are AA alkaline cells, and I suggest you replace them (when necessary) with alkalines, I get the feeling that you would not get good longevity using AA rechargeables, but you can try it if your want.
